Firstly, is this right for you?

We need people who:

• Love to eat and drink out – You need a passion for food, drink, great hospitality and service.
• Able to provide constructive feedback – We want to hear about everything that is good as well as areas for improvement.
• The observations skills of an MI5 agent 😉 You REALLY need to be able to take note of what is going on around you and particularly what is being advertised during your visits.
• Excellent written English – You will need to be able to check your own spelling and grammar.
• Relatively I.T savvy – Really all you need is a smartphone (though you can use a PC if you prefer) but you do need to be confident to complete an online questionnaire and upload photos.
• You must be able to feedback quickly and accurately (within 48 hours of the visit).
• You MUST remain anonymous – simply behave as a normal customer whilst in the venue you have been asked to visit.
• We always make payment within two weeks of receiving your feedback.
• We often post visit requests on Facebook so we suggest you like our page to keep up to date.

We want to be upfront with our visitors

If you are looking to earn a living Mystery Visiting we are not the company for you. Our visits are for people who want to eat and drink out and would like to have some fun getting their costs paid or subsidised.

In some areas there are lots of assignments and in others hardly any. We allocate assignments based on your postcode and the things you tell us about yourself when you register. Those who produce reports with excellent content will always be given priority for other assignments.

Our assignments vary and you will always be notified of the re-imbursement, special purchases, any specified times of visit etc. when you are assigned a visit.
