Would you like some top tips to help you become a high performing visitor?

We will always give priority to visitors who:

• Submit their report on time – within 48 hours of the visit taking place.
• Add lots of relevant comments and detail to their reports.
• Add photos to their reports showing good and bad practice.
• Attach a photo of their receipt.
• Use constructive language and are never personal or sarcastic – This is a professional report!
• Check for typos and spelling mistakes.
